About The Item

In the mid-1800s, Michael Thonet revolutionized the furniture making industry with his innovative steam bending techniques to create durable, lightweight chairs. Crafted by TON in the original Thonet factory, the 14 Cane Counter Stool has been recreated from the classic 14 Chair; constructed with a manually bent beech wood frame and cane designed seat. Available in several wood finishes, and an upholstered bar and counter option.
