Craftsmanship and attention to detail are clear to see in Hans J. Wegner's CH36 dining chair. The clean and simple 1962 chair is as comfortable to sit in as it is beautiful to behold. The legs of the CH36 taper off slightly both towards the floor and, in the case of the rear legs, also towards the top, creating an elegant appearance. The backrest is significantly more curved at the top than at the bottom to optimize back support. The overall expression is completed with the frame and the seat hand-woven in durable paper cord.
